How to set up Google Analytics

  1. Sign Up for Google Analytics
  2. Visit Google Analytics and sign in with your Google account.
  3. Click Start Measuring and set up an account.
  4. Create a Property for Your Website
  5. Under Admin, create a new property.
  6. Name your property (for example, Your Tour Business Analytics).
  7. Set your time zone and currency.
  8. Set Up a Data Stream
  9. Choose Web as your platform.
  10. Enter your website URL and name your data stream.
  11. Install the Tracking Code on Your Website
  12. Copy the Google Tag provided.
  13. Paste it into the header section of your website or use Google Tag Manager.
  14. If you use a website builder like Duda or WordPress, you can enter your GA tracking ID directly in the settings.
  15. Verify Installation
  16. Visit your website and go to Google Analytics > Reports > Real-Time to see if your activity is being tracked.
  17. It may take up to 48 hours for full data to appear.
